SCARY!

wow...it says three days, one hour, and fifty seven minutes, that is getting very very close! :-D i'll see you at the big event! :-D
So here it is, my new car! (and by "new", I mean "NEW!") It's an '09 Ford Fusion, in "tuxedo black" (it might not show up in the pictures, but it sparkles in direct sunlight). It has a dark grey interior, is quite spacious inside, and came with 6 free months of Sirius satellite radio! I am quite happy to report that it has an auxiliary audio jack, so I no longer need a cassette adapter to listen to my mp3 player! And of course, it has power windows, locks, power drivers seat, etc... Take a look for yourself, here it is! :-) And to answer your question: you can see it/ride in it whenever I see you next (whoever happens to be asking). And no, you can't drive it (at least, not yet).
as you most likely did NOT notice, i just imported some of the entries from my old livejournal... not all of them, as some (most?) i felt weren't "worthy" of the "high standards" i keep around here... meaning they were lame and/or boring... but i moved some of them over! no comments were moved during this process... i don't know if i'll bother with copying comments or not... if you see some... (perhaps your own!) that you think should be re-commented, feel free to go to my old live journal and copy/paste those comments into the appropriate entry here! ah, fond memories Filed in: livejournal EDIT: "Removed" link to my livejournal, as I have decided to delete it (since all the important stuff has been copied to here.
finished this one yesterday, forgot to post it until now. i think it came out much better than my first desk, don't you? (this one is my desk at work... i sketched out the shape/dimensions at work, and made the model at home) the "black" sections are supposed to be a shiny-looking metal, but there was no matching material in SketchUp (even after adding the materials bonus pack)... and since i was neither motivated, nor properly equipped, to attempt to take a picture of the surface of the desk to make at texture with, i cropped out a piece of another picture (the back of a PSP, actually), to use instead
